External Bell Box
Once an alarm is activated, the bell box will trigger and emit a high frequency siren, alerting anyone nearby that a burglary is in progress.

Visual Detection
If movement is detected within the house by the alarm, the smart camera detectors will take 3 photographs of the scene and alert you and/or your monitoring station to confirm the threat and take action.

Fire & Heat Detectors
Multiple fire & smoke detectors can be added to your alarm to notify you of any fire-risk.

Flood & Carbon Monoxide Detection

Installation, Maintenance and Monitoring

From design to installation we offer complete security alarm system solutions for business and home owners across the North East. We can supply equipment and offer installation, servicing, maintenance and system monitoring via an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).  We can give you access to the latest technology in business and home alarm systems from globally renowned suppliers, as well as providing cost-effective solutions to meet your requirements.

Our solutions are suitable for all sectors and are delivered by highly qualified and experienced alarm systems professionals.

Wired or Wireless system?

A wired burglar alarm remains the most popular option for businesses. If you have a large building that needs to be secured, a wired system will ensure coverage. A wireless system communicates via radio signal, rather than a wired connection. It works through the use of sensors that are placed strategically throughout the building.

Types of burglar alarm systems

We always recommend the best security alarm system determined by your specific needs.

  • Audible Only Systems ("bells-only"): Relies on noise and flashing lights to alert passers-by to call the police. It is not linked to an alert a receiving centre (ARC).   This alarm system is more suitable for home owners, as bells-only alarms make a noise, but don't contact anyone (such as the police or you).

  • Auto- dialler burglar alarms: automatically dial your phone number, or that of nominated friends and family, when the alarm is triggered.  This means that you or they can then contact the police or ask a neighbour to investigate the issue.

  • Monitored Systems: Highly recommended for business and commercial customers. For large businesses we would always recommend a monitored system. When the alarm is triggered a monitored alarm will alert a receiving centre (ARC). They will then contact a designated keyholder, or the police. Should you decide on a keyholder contract, the nominated contact would need to live nearby and be available to respond, should the call come. A monitoring contract means you pay a company monthly or annually for ARC operators take action or call the police if the alarm goes off.

  • Smart home-security systems contact you or family members when the alarm goes off through a smartphone or tablet app.
